Chris is a chartered accountant and the Managing Director/CEO of PanAfrican Capital Ltd. a leading Investment Bank in Africa with offices in Lagos, Accra and Nairobi. He is a financial business executive with significant experience in financial accounting and systems management including risk analysis and investment banking. He attended the University of London and graduated with Second Class (Upper Division) in Accounting and Finance. Chris has attended several courses in Finance, Management and Leadership, of the prestigious Columbia Business School, New York, United States and Insead Business School, Fontainebleau, France, The IESE Business School in Barcelona Spain and the Chief Executive Programme (CEP 17) class of the Lagos Business School.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), an Associate of the Chartered Insurance institute of London (ACII) UK and the Chartered institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT)

He was the Group Treasurer of The Lion of Africa Insurance Company, then a subsidiary of the Guardian royal Exchange, UK from where he joined GoldPath Finance and Securities ltd, as Chief Operating Officer. He later joined Damitop Consulting Limited as a Senior Partner/Consultant, where he worked on a number of World Bank projects for the Federal and Several State Governments as well as strategic turn-around for a number of multinational companies.

Prior to joining the board of PanAfrican Capital Ltd as a pioneer Managing Director/CEO, he was Managing Director/CEO of Truebond Private Equity Limited, a company with strategic investments in Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Insurance and Investment Banking. He was also an Executive Director (Investment Banking) of Citizens International Bank Plc (now Heritage bank plc)

He is a member of the institute of directors and has attended several courses on corporate finance and investment banking, locally and overseas.
