The maiden edition of the forum will focus on two sectors:  Agriculture and Building Materials, with a special focus on manufacturers and dealers of building materials. The choice of these sectors is in line with the present administration’s desire to diversify the Nigerian economy. In each state of the Federation, SMEDAN will screen and register 1850 companies to attend this event. This event is specifically for global SME business owners to meet screened Nigerian SME business owners. There will be no long speeches nor ceremonies.

Nigeria is the world leader in the production of many agricultural products (cassava, palm oil, tomatoes, rice, etc). However, the nation remains a leading net importer of the same processed agricultural products. The agricultural sector presents a US1.2 billion opportunity and His Excellency, President Muhamadu Buhari has expressed his dedication and commitment to encouraging policies and programmes that would enable Nigeria become a preferred investment destination.

Given Nigeria’s 17 million housing unit deficit, the building sector presents an annual revenue generating opportunity valued at over US$10 billion.

Attendees of the forum will be entitled an exhibition stand at the event at no extra cost. Footprint to Africa will also give every delegate company a complimentary premium class subscription on The Marketsquare Africa, a platform where businesses originate.

Are you in the agricultural sector? Or are you a manufacturer or dealer in building materials?

Are you looking to expand your business into Nigeria?

Come and partner with SME business owners, screened and registered by SMEDAN, and grow your business.

Get your invite to the event and get the opprotunity to invest or be invested in.
